2010 Alumni Regatta NOR

Your much awaited NOR for the Alumni Regatta on May 30 is below. But first, a couple of updates:

Another season has wrapped up, and results are available on the PCCSC website. In the Coed PCCSC Championships in Hawaii, the team finished 7th in shifty winds, while the ladies ended up 6th in Long Beach at the Women’s Champs. (Congrats to Carmen and Amy for their first place finish in race 14!) In team racing, the Bruins took 6th in the conference.

Also, as some of you are aware, the team has been sending a contingent to France for the past few years to compete in the Edhec Cup, the largest student sporting event in Europe. This year they caught the attention of the Daily Bruin. I’m told the article isn’t entirely accurate, so we should be getting the team’s take on it soon, but still check out the Bruin article here.

Congrats to all the sailors on another great year! Just one vitally important regatta to go…
